For the 4 days we stayed the shower wasn't cleaned once, overflowing bins were not emptied. My biggest complaint though is advertising a room as having a king size bed when it is actually 2 singles pushed together, leaving a hard uncomfortable ridge down the middle. If we wanted 2 single beds we would have asked for them. I'd rather have a proper queen size than a fake king size any day. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful.
