Found the lodge on line randomly looking under area, and was surprised and delighted by the price. The photos of the 2 bed looked great so I booked, as I had tickets for a show at Burswood and this accomodation is 1 km from there. When asking directions I had a welcoming chat with the guy in the office. He explained how easy it was to find. We were dissappointed at the outside of the building - old brickwork, however on placing the key in the door, what greeted us was spotless, spacious, clean and very inviting, even had a lit oil burner with a welcoming smell.
The bed was so comfie, and the kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. I left for the show 10 minutes to 8, curtain was up at 8, and I was parked and seated, in that time. I was very pleased and reccomend it to others seeking similar accomodation. It was so nice to have fresh paint, new kitchen, new tiles in bathroom. Will go there whenever attending shows at Burswood. Also has hairdresser and deli over the road.
Burswood Perth WA. This Lodge as I said above is so so close to Burswood Casino, Theatre, Dome. That it is also so economical the Burswood complex has outdoor film in summer. On the river we went for a sunset walk along the path and chatted to a local fishing from the lawned area there. Watched boats and the sun set over the river. Close to the city of Perth tonnes or Restaurants, Movies, Nightlife, to kings park and all the other stuff perth has to offer.
