The location, cleanliness, building, room service and cost all pass the satisfactory test. However, breakfast provided by the hotel starts at 6. 30am (weekdays) and 7am (weekends). Those who wish to leave earlier will miss out and the management does not allow prepacked breakfast to cater for these patrons, even if they have already paid for it in their reservation. Management showed lack of flexibility in this respect.
Overall a very good impression. I went to King's Park, Hay St Mall, Fremantle and Perth Mint. The public transport with the free city buses is good, but going out of city can be confusing. I find hiring a car with a good street directory very good as you can cover a lot of places at your leisure time. Perth Mint is an interesting place but I find the admission fee of /adult is quite exorbitant.
