Regal Apartments are in an ideal situation but in desperate need of an upgrade. Carpets were stained and shabby, lounge furnishings also stained and faded. No hairdryer, the shower floor tiles were stained and mould was very obvious. Curtains were marked and did not close properly, we had to re-attached the hooks.
We purchased a 24 hour internet access card which did not work and the staff could not help with the connection.
Reception staff were friendly and the property position in relation to Perth city is ideal but the daily rate was far too expensive for the quality of the apartments.
